How it Works

Unlike other products, GAPS Studio has no built-in interface. To use your credit, simply email us at the address found at the bottom of this page. The email should contain a few things:

• An email title formatted with “GAPS Studio Prompt Submission”
• A song title
• Song prompt with 500 characters or less ⁴
• A name of how you’d like to be credited as prompters when your creative vision is realized

Failure to include sufficient details may result GAPS Studio ignoring your prompt.

You will be emailed once the EP is released. Prompters will be credited in the description for their invaluable and indispensable contribution to the arts⁵

Effective Prompts

In the current generation of GAPS Studio, vocal based music is impossible. Only instrumental music is possible. For an effective prompt, include details such as:

• BPM
• style
• genre
• mood
• instrumentation

Try to be specific and focused. Other useful details are what you’d like to exclude.

Due to the limitation of experience, skill, time, and motivation, please understand GAPS Studio may ignore or substitute out elements of the prompt. For example, GAPS Studio does not know what Witchhouse is⁶.

If the audio output isn’t to your liking, remember that the music is only as good as the prompt. You, the artist, are in full control and fully responsible for the success or failure of your track!
